BUYING A HOME
There are many considerations when buying a home - In what type of community do you want to live? Is the school district important? How long does your commute need to be? The list goes on. That is why you need a REALTOR® that has the knowledge to find the things you want, and also inform your decision with the things you don’t even know you want or need.
My years of experience and my knowledge of the area ensure that I will find your home.
LOCATING THE RIGHT HOME. This can be a challenge given the criteria one must consider versus what is available on the market. I utilize many methods to find homes, even prospecting homes that are not on the market.
MAKING AN OFFER. An offer is more than a number on paper. There are numerous details and considerations to make certain your offer is well researched, thus insuring that you get what you expect without overpaying.
NEGOTIATING THE OFFER. Hopefully, your offer will be accepted, but most likely it won’t. My negotiating experience means that your offer will be negotiated in your best interests, and you will pay the appropriate price for your new home.
FINALIZING THE OFFER. There are numerous items that must be completed prior to closing. I make sure that all inspections, financial considerations/requirements, contingencies and obligations are complete so that your only remaining step is to show up at the closing table.
